Teck Chu approaches real estate with the precision of an investment banker, fine-tuning his counsel based on the minute-to-minute changes in the market. But what sets Teck apart is that he never forgets what real estate is really about — helping you find your way home.

Born and raised in Vancouver, B.C., Teck has lived and worked all over the U.S. and Canada, as he first built a successful career in investment banking. He previously worked in management consulting at Deloitte, and was also the VP of Real Estate at Morgan Stanley. Since then, Teck has switched to solely focus on real estate, utilizing his professional background and personal experience in real estate investments to serve his clients.

While he is a consummate expert in nationwide and regional real estate trends (particularly the Eastside), Teck prides himself on his ability to get to know each of his clients — learning about their needs and providing tailored service to help them find success. Teck knows that a real estate transaction comes with its own ups and downs, so he prefers to put his clients in control of the situation, never pressuring them to make a decision they’re not comfortable with.

In negotiations, Teck takes a cooperative approach, crafting win-win situations that serve both the buyer and seller. Communication is crucial in this industry, and it’s also why Teck loves serving clients in Cantonese or Mandarin. When he’s not working, Teck can be found traveling, skiing, enjoying the outdoors with his wife Yvette and two children.

Ron was born and raised in Vancouver, Canada where he attended the University of British Columbia and obtained a bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences. He moved to Washington State in 2003 for his Doctorate in Pharmacy and stayed because he fell in love with the Pacific Northwest. After two decades as a licensed pharmacist, he took a leap of faith and left the world of pharmacy behind to pursue a career in real estate.

Ron brings his years of experience working with people and communities to his real estate career. His attention to detail and ability to listen make him a natural when it comes to anticipating his client’s needs. Ron is a hard worker with exceptional communication skills, a keen understanding of the real estate market, and a genuine desire to build strong relationships with his clients.

Yvette LowMBA, CPA

With Yvette, our group runs like a well-oiled machine. From establishing our goals and strategies; continually improving our existing practices; designing and implementing our marketing plan; she helps us get things done!

Yvette brings 15+ years of business expertise with experience spanning across the globe from large corporations to start-ups. She’s our strategist, project manager, team builder and has worked with cross-cultures her entire career. Yvette holds an MBA from Columbia University and is a CPA.

Yvette grew up in Vancouver and continued her career in NYC before returning to the PNW. Yvette loves CrossFit, skiing, traveling and adventuring with Teck and their 2 kids.
